Our Lemon Myrtle Is Grown At Paddys Green
which is just outside Mareeba in Far North Queensland, where we have 300 sunny days a year – an attraction for Grey Nomads from all over the country. Whilst we cool down slightly in the winter we traditionally have a wet and dry season, which is perfect for the production of lemon myrtle.
The lemon myrtle trees have been growing for about 2.5 years and are now ready to harvest the new shoots. Harvesting the leaves and young stems is a carefully designed process to create the high quality products we see today.
