When I started using essential oils, my expert friends told me to use a couple to a few drops in a vial (10ml) with a carrier oil, like jojoba, coconut or almond oil. Healing all sorts of ailments I have probably overdosed here and there, which never showed any side effect, but I obviously wasted money and none of the oils I bought were cheap.
Lemon Myrtle is one of the more expensive oils, but it is also very effective and very strong!
I can not stress enough to use lemon myrtle essential oil very very sparingly. The first thing I ever heard, was to use one drop of oil in 1 litre of carrier oil. I didn’t believe it at the time and I am still struggling with its super powers.
If someone in our house has any aliment, we use lemon myrtle oil straight away.
We have since used the essential oil successfully on warts, athletes foot, skin rash, skin lumps, cuts, gravel rash, irritation from sand flies and mosquito bites, animal bites and scratches, coughs and colds. We have a few vials -ready to go, ready to roll on- scattered throughout the house.
LM essential oil is a very strong oil and goes a long way!
